Do you have time to give and a love of native plants? The Napa Valley chapter of the CNPS needs you! We have a number of volunteer opportunities to suit your schedule and interests.

Current opportunities include:

Martha Walker Garden & Skyline Nursery - Ongoing Work Group  karen pruning

Meet other local gardening enthusiasts and learn to propagate and cultivate California native plants. Volunteers help with upkeep for the Martha Walker Native Plant Garden and the Skyline Nursery, where we grow native plants for the garden, our twice-yearly plant sales and other restoration projects.

A weekly work group meets every Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to noon at the Garden in Skyline Park, 2201 Imola Avenue in Napa. To help out, simply bring your gloves and tools and join in on any work day. Rain cancels.

Special one day garden projects can be arranged for work groups, scouts or anyone interested. To coordinate a custom work day, contact our volunteer coordinator at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
